Terms & Conditions for Credit Points

ERH WALLET

  • ERH Wallet is a service provided by ERH to facilitate the storage of credits / money you receive from your sales proceeds and refunds for purchases made via bank transfer, cash payment or your ERH Wallet. The sum of this money, minus any transactions, will be reflected as your ERH Wallet balance.
  • You are not allowed to transfer funds / credits into cash from your ERH Wallet into any other bank account.

ERH CREDIT REWARD SYSTEM

  • Members may earn loyalty points (“ERH Credits”) by buying products on the Site through ERH Authorized Payment Gateway or through participation in other ERH activities as ERH may from time to time determines (“Eligible Activities”) based on the conversion rate determined by ERH in its sole discretion. Generally, ERH Credits will be credited to a Member’s Account (ERH Wallet) upon the completion of a successful transaction or activity approved by ERH. You are eligible to participate in the ERH Credit reward system if you are a Member and your Account does not expressly exclude you from participation.
  • Transaction not completed on the Site using ERH Checkout Payment Gateway do not qualify for the ERH Credit reward system. ERH may at its sole discretion exclude categories of items from the ERH Credit reward system.
  • ERH Credits has no monetary value, does not constitute your property and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • Subject to ERH rules and regulation as determined, varied or modified by ERH from time to time, subject to any cap imposed by ERH at its sole discretion, Member may redeem ERH Credits by sending a request to ERH and use ERH Credits to offset the purchase price of selected items when making purchases on the Site as advised by ERH from time to time. All refunds will be subject to ERH’s Refunds and Return Policy.
  • The ERH Credits you redeem will be deducted from your ERH Credits balance. Each ERH Credits may come with an expiry date. Do check your account details on the Site for ERH Credits balances and expiry date.
  • From time to time, we may tell you that bonus ERH Credits will be awarded for particular Eligible Activities. This may include but is not limited to purchases you make at participating offers or pursuant to specific promotional offers. We will notify you of the terms of such bonus awards if any from time to time.
  • If you have a dispute in relation to the number of ERH Credits which you have been awarded in respect of an Eligible Activity, such a dispute must be made within one (1) month from the date of the Eligible Activity. We may require you to provide evidence to support your claim.
  • ERH gives no warranty and accepts no responsibility as to the ultimate tax treatment of ERH Credits. You will need to check with your tax advisor whether receiving ERH Credits affects your tax situation.
  • ERH reserves the right to (i) discontinue the ERH Credits Reward System at any time at its sole discretion and (ii) cancel or suspend a Member’s right to participate in ERH Credits Reward System, including the ability to earn and redeem ERH Credits at its sole discretion.

HOW TO EARN & REDEEM ERH CREDITS

  • Shop at ERH site and check out using our Authorized Payment Gateways, you will earn 1% of total amount for every successful transactions.
  • Participate in our periodical Credit Giveaway campaigns, Extra Credits for Selected items, and many more.
  • Every Rm100 Credit is equivalent to RM1, you can use your credits of the total amount per order.
